We’ve stayed in SunRiver twice a year for the past 10 years and have never stayed in the same house twice. So we’re highly familiar with homes in this community. I’m only giving this home 3 stars. It has a very good layout for 2 families and lots of parking space in the driveway. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms so parents don’t have to share with kids. The other two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath. Be warned- this house has a lot of wear and tear. Broken stair treads, large hole in the drywall in the bunk bedroom, lower bunk mattress is on the FLOOR, soap scum covered primary shower glass surround, VERY old pots and pans with completely gone non-stick surfaces, horribly dull knives, and kitchen faucet needs replacing (leaks if you don’t fidget with it.) The main living area is spacious but there’s a very insufficient amount of comfortable seating in the living room. One 3-person couch and two single-person chairs. Hard to get cozy and watch movies as a group because a majority are forced to watch sitting in a hard kitchen chair or on the floor. The location is ok. It has a beautiful view of the golf course but it’s a full 10 minute drive to the village. For the price, I was very disappointed.
