“We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. “The house matched the description perfectly. It is a gated community, but easy to access. Very close to Ocean City and to Assateague Island.I would note that the AC is very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and I appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. “This was one of our best family vacations. We were comfortable, had all we needed in the comfort of a home. This location is close to many stores and restaurants but far enough away from the hectic beach traffic, which is a plus for our family. Only takes about 15 minutes to the boardwalk/beach. “We had a fantastic stay at this property! We were in town to compete in the White Marlin Open, and the dock and canal worked out wonderful for our boat. We had great weather, so we took advantage of the fire pit every night. Home was well equipped and clean (although it could use a deep clean like most rentals). The neighbors were very nice and the adjacent walking pier was enjoyable for an evening stroll. Recommend a stay for anyone considering. ”

“Very nice house on a canal. The kids, fish and crab on the canal all day long. They caught crabs and cooked them and eat them in the kitchen. The pullout couch was very comfortable. It was everything that ad said it was. My grandson forgot his tennis shoes on the upper deck and the owner was so awesome. She happened to be in the area where my daughter lived Three hours away and she offered to drop them off. That’s unheard of. We had a great time.”
