Bernice Vacations from $425

Nothing

The person that checked us in wasn't necessarily rude, but she was certainly standoffish. She was having issues. It wasn't clear if it was work related or personal. She stood there with her eyes closed for a good while in the middle of checking us in. The beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, but they didn't keep three area clean nor stocked with fresh food.

⭐ 1/5 Stars | Absolutely Disgusting and Terrible Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. There was wax everywhere, the toilet was filthy, and the floors were disgusting. It was very obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one seemed willing to help us or address our concerns. The lobby was so overcrowded that we couldn’t even get to the front desk for nearly TWO HOURS to try to check out and request our money back. After finally getting the opportunity to speak with someone, they STILL refused to honor our refund request, despite the unacceptable condition of the room. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect guests to pay for a room that is this unsanitary and then refuse to make things right. We paid for a clean, comfortable place to stay and received the complete opposite. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and its guests.
