"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing. The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above! "

"The room itself was fine but expected a little better based on the reviews. My visitor ended up staying with me because the air conditioning was not very good in the room and it stayed humid. The staff was nice enough and as accommodating as they could be. The area of the hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in Vicenza due to construction and traffic."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. We were there for a wedding reception which was very well done. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant too. Would highly recommend the hotel for the experience. While the decor was not to my taste and a bit overwhelming, it was still a cool experience overall."
