Staff was OK, nothing spectacular. The bar pay tons were outside the door smoking and throwing cigarettes on the ground and the entry area was filthy from drinks being spilled. There's about a 3'x2' area of grass for pets. Completely filled with dog feces. Room: 3 large panes of glass for the front. Kids running and yelling and at one point t knocking on the glass. There was a heavy smell of a cheap plug in air freshener. It was god awful. The area above the shower had been flooded and patched poorly fixed. The carpet... Definitely needs attention. No channel guide on my TV.

Very cute rooms. The whole place is just so much fun. You have to see it to believe it. Best prime rib is it the restaurant associated with it. If you don't stay at The Big Texan at least eat there.
