“This was supposed to have been an anniversary stay. It was not cozy, clean or anything I expected. While the manager was easy to contact. He refused to see the problems with the property. He acknowledged knowing some of the issued and said they could have had maintenance take care of them had I elected to stay. I felt as if that should have been addressed before my stay. I tried to get a partial refund. They refused. We stayed no nights!! When I advised I was going to leave a negative review....

“We had a great stay in Martinsburg! Great communication prior to check-in, and very understanding about booking issues. The location could not be more convenient. It’s basically equidistant from Antietam and Harpers Ferry. There are several great little places for food and drinks within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!!! ”

“This property was secluded and quiet. We loved the birds singing, and the deer and squirrels running about in the yard behind our covered porch. The apartment was VERY nice, prestine and very accommodating! Loved having the washer-dryer combo, Roku, Dish, Internet Wifi, and pool table! Nice gas grill provided outside for bbq. Lynn was an excellent host, awesome communication!! We would definitely stay here again and refer to our friends and family!!! Thank you!!!”
