IT was a very quiet and relaxing stay. A much needed break on our trip. It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We loved it!!

Not a lot of dining options and we made 3 stops before we found a place that sold beer...despite asking where beer was sold at the first gas station we went to.

Clear Spring Country Diner had great home cooked food, good price, perfect portions, great apple/raisin pie and only 2 miles from the Holiday inn Express. Fort Frederick state park was great.

Nice and quiet town. People are very nice and helpful. I hope Whitetail is successful as a year round draw for area families to spend an affordable weekend. The town will grow to accommodate visitors needs.
