“It had a funky smell, shower needed a good scrub and there were cobwebs everywhere.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Cooking facilities adequate and check-in was really easy. It wasn’t as modern as the photos looked but it wasn’t bad just a bit dated. The air-conditioner was needed for heating but only blue cool air. We just turned it off we had had packed warm clothes so it turned out to be no problem. Outdoor sitting area was lovely. Although not right in the centre of town, it suited our needs as we were able to cook our own meal at night without the need to go out.”

“A lovely property in a very quiet location. We stayed here last year too and since then, plantation shutters have been added to all rooms. The master suite is huge and has a lovely bathroom. The room with the fireplace is very cosy and we used it a lot as it was very cold and raining during our stay. In warm weather there is a lovely verandah in the gardens. We noticed it wasn’t quite as clean as the last time we stayed but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. The house is very dark and none of……

“A lovely, place with all the basics (think hotel, not apartment) very good bed, practical walk-in wardrobe to hide all your bags, sizeable bathroom with good showerhead, beautiful verandah, which unfortunately looks onto an unkempt garden.The kitchen supplies are basic but sufficient if you are determined to do your own cooking. There is a BBQ outside. Importantly, there is a coffee machine & frother! AND AIRCON.The footstools in the photo seem to have disappeared...I was thinking footstools……

“Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again.”
