"As they termed it, “hot breakfast” was only available on Saturday and Sunday. Same breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; something different or with more varieties on either of the day would go far way to make a difference.
I had two beds in my room - one for my two kids and one for myself. I noticed one of my bed covers, the heavy one(comforter) had two broad visible stains that made me uncomfortable seeing those stains when making the bed in the morning and even the thought of the stains when lying on the bed. I guess I should have asked for a replacement, but I was so busy for the three nights I had there, and I was always coming back to the Inn at the wee hours."
"Webb's Resort is a quaint accommodation. It's about 5 minutes away from the Chataqua Institute. It was perfect for our overnight stay after attending the Laufey concert at the Chataqua Institute. We had the lakeside view which was literally across the street from the lake. I'd definitely stay again."

"Had a brief “staycation” with my daughter for her birthday. The Bayfront hotels can be outrageously expensive, but Hampton Inn is a reasonable price for being right on the water w/ Erie’s fanciest restaurant on the top floor (Oliver’s). Our 2 Queen room was huge! It had a charming personalized tv greeting and included access to Netflix & Disney+ if you have those subscriptions. Even on the 2nd floor facing inland, we had a beautiful view of the docks. Room was very clean and cozy. Amenities included lots of towels, hairdryer & extra blankets if needed. Full gym including free weights and fresh towels. Pool was heated with lots of extra pool towels available on site. Pool & Gym were remarkably clean & well taken care of. Continental Breakfast was the real deal: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt. Hotel connects to an outdoor beergarden with a wonderful beachy vibe & live music on the weekends. Excellent food and drinks available. Overall the staff were amazing!!! I can’t say enough great things. Special shout out to Tammy! Best hotel worker I’ve had the joy of staying with. ❤️"
"Pool was closed (not an issue for my wife or me), but I did hear some families with children which were concerned about that. We stay here a few times each year. Convenient to the beach, amphitheater, clubs, pubs. and restaurants. "

Very comfortable beds and couches with well stocked, high quality kitchen equipment. Lots of things to do in the area but we were completely happy to enjoy the beach and house. "Just came home from our girl's trip stay, and am missing the view and this house already. The house was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. We even asked if there was a blender available, and a brand new one was one the counter when we arrived. The host was more than accomodating and quick to answer. She even delivered more wood when she was ready to leave for a family party. The house was extremely clean, and the sunsets were amazing. We had stayed at their other party "This Place Rocks" in March, and we were equally impressed with this property. We may have to visit them all because we loved the first two so much. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Loved it!"
