"The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an older property and it is well maintained. Nothing fancy, but perfectly suited to what we needed for the weekend. We will stay here again while our kid is studying at Fredonia!"

"The location is great for boat launch at Barcelona Harbor but there is alot of traffic noice from the 2 main roads. The kitchen appliances could use some cleani g. The walk to the "lakefront" & firepit is much further than anticipated."

"We stayed at the cabin for a girls getaway and it was perfect! So peaceful! Beautiful setting with plenty of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Very clean and well stocked."

"Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!"
