This hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport but I was informed that we weren't eligible for it and would need to take a taxi.
The hotel has seen better days and the staff was not helpful. The plumbing was loud and didn't work properly.
We were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two comfortable nights. Very clean, good amenities, and good breakfast selection. Outside of the city centre but easy enough to walk or bike over. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Special thanks to Alessia M. for helping me deal with a parcel delivery even after my stay. Would stay here again!

Staff were wonderful, room was clean and bed comfortable, even had a little balcony . Hotel about ten min outside city center , was super easy to get taxi service to and from everything.. would stay there again . Oh and the easiest parking of any hotel we stayed at in Italy !
