Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is completely newly renovated, spacious. We meticulously take care of every small detail and every decorative item in the house with the desire to bring you a close and cozy feeling like being in your own beloved home. It is just 12 mins drive to Downtown Boston - an ideal place for families, groups or business travelers. Located on a quiet street, our house is within walking distance of bus and subway stations, lively restaurants, bars and shopping centers (Dollar Tree, Walgreens, HARP + BARD, ...), park...  
  
Quiet, mature neighborhood, very close Savin Hill station (red line) and it is only 3 minutes by walk.

The apartment is fully furnished, thoughtfully designed and well decorated complete with central air and heating. An open living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 car parking lots on site and the laundry in-building are really the plus for our guests.   
  
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms main floor is well suited for business travelers, families, weekend get-always, and a home away from home during renovations.  
  
\- Living room with 65”smart-TV, and comfortable seating area.  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and smart TV  
\- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed and smart TV  
\- Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds and smart TV  
\- 1 full bathroom and a half bath with full toilet papers, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap.  
\- The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/serving necessities, including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups. We provide coffee pods, sugar and some water bottle in the refrigerator.  
  
You can also enjoy the deck in the back of the house off the kitchen.  
  
Includes Hi-Speed WIFI, Smart TV, and Smart-Lock for easy independent access.  
  
Please kindly read the following rules before making the reservation:  
  
1\. Must provide each guest’s name to meet the number of guests on the reservation before checking in time. This is to ensure the right people and right number of guests coming to stay. We have exterior camera can check this anytime. If you stay with wrong number of guests, we have a right to terminate your reservation with no refunds.  
  
2\. Any extra or unexpected guests must be notified before checking in. There will be extra charges. No extra guests are allowed on the property without prior agreement. Only registered guests in the Vrbo Reservation are permitted to stay.  
  
3\. Any visitors, overnight guests without previous approval from us, or joining in any illegal activities in our property will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.  
  
4\. No parties, events, no smoking, and please no heavy drinking. No illegal activities anywhere on the property, this includes drugs and internet activity, illegal downloading. If you are intoxicated and causing disturbances and destruction to our property, while on our premises, you will be evicted. You will be reported to Vrbo and leave the house immediately without any refunds. Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund too.  
  
5\. Please also be mindful of our neighbors, and keep the noise to a normal level, especially when coming or leaving early in the morning or late at night. The quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM   
  
6\. Our kitchen is limited for light cooking only and not intended for heavy cooking for a large group.  
  
7\. An additional cleaning fee will be charged, if an excessive amount of mess you left behind or stains on the rugs or carpets, that requires special cleaning services.  
  
8\. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.  
  
9\. We use Ring and Noise Aware in our homes. Ring is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system installed in the living room that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.  
  
10\. We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.  
  
(\*) NOTE FOR THE PET LOVER:  
  
\- The extra fee will be charged for EVERY PET together. Extra pet fee: $45 per pet per night  
\- We love cat but we do apology, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods ( i.e. the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...)  
  
\- Follow the other pet rules:  
  
\+ No pet on the furniture/bed  
\+ Clean up your pet’s waste carefully  
\+ Bowls in the kitchen  
\+ Dogs must be leashed  
\+ Before you leave, pls sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.

Where to begin? First of all, the property was neat and spotless upon arrival. The whole apartment was tastefully decorated, with a modern, but cozy vibe. You'll notice little touches, such as artistically folded towels and chic pillows right away. As someone who prefers to eat most meals in, the kitchen had everything I needed, and had plenty of dishes and silverware, so you didn't have to run the dishwasher half full. The fridge, stove, and dishwasher looked new and higher end. The property is on a quiet street, just six minutes from the red line, making it easy to get around Boston. There were a half dozen restaurants or so within three blocks, a small grocery store, a pharmacy, and a dollar store. The Savin Hill area felt safe and had some beautiful older homes.The hostess, Jenny, was the most proactive and responsive property manager I've ever seen. She will be in regular contact with you to make sure everything is well and, if you have a question, she'll respond very quickly. So, the apartment is stellar, the cleaning crew outstanding, and the property manager exemplary.

We can’t say enough great things about this apartment in Dorchester! Our stay was amazing. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and close to the T station. We felt safe, everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and if we had any questions, the owner was quick to reply and help us. Truly a great place to stay!! If we return to Boston, we plan on staying here again if it is available. It was seriously the best VRBO we’ve ever rented! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!

#### A Dorchester gem

The perfect setup for our graduation celebration week.Great location: an easy walk to the red line, a grocery store, and several restaurants.Clean and spacious apartment. We didn't use the free available parking this time, but would on a different trip.Responsive owner made sure we were taken care of.

Lovely apartment! Just as pictured and described. Beautifully decorated, spacious, spotless. Located in a Boston neighborhood with eateries, pubs, and a grocery store. One of the greatest perks was iff-street parking!

Very beautiful and well kept. Everything exceeded my expectation. The place is located on a quite street near public transport.

#### Mother/Daughters get away trip

The apartment was on the second floor. The third floor apartment was being renovated. First floor apartment is not owned by our host. There was parking which is very limited in Boston. This was a great feature. The apartment was totally renovated, very cute. Downside - since the first floor apartment was not owned by the host, the group below would get up at 5am making noise and slamming doors. This continued until after 7 am, so sleeping in was not an option. We also had issues with the correct costs of the unit. Communication between the host and Vrbo was very sketchy at the least.
