Within easy reach of a vibrant city centre, this is a beautiful light and airy, luxury two bedroom apartment. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break.  
A beautifully presented, luxury,two bedroom flat in Brighton, with a pretty patio area for alfresco dining. It is in a peaceful location, about one and a half miles from the seafront. Free on street parking.  
The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms; a spacious shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 7 chairs and a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed; television,DVD etc. There are folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use.

I can’t give a fair rating of the property because I wasn’t able to stay there. It appears to be a lovely place, and I’m sure it is. After communicating with the host, I found out the interior had recently been painted. I have chemical sensitivities, and paint fumes make me very ill.Thankfully, I was able to find a room at the Maldron Hotel, which was clean, comfortable, and great for people with allergies. However, having to rebook last minute added a significant and unexpected cost to my trip.

#### Wonderful Home base in Brighton!

We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway. We loved Preston Park and the Fives Ways with all of the wonderful fresh food options. Julie and Bruce are such wonderful hosts. They definitely go above and beyond for their guests. Very comfortable beds, clean and well kept. We will be staying with them again for sure.

#### Absolutely Perfect!

This home away from home is perfect. I don’t even know where to start… the garden flat is in a quiet beautiful location just a very short easy bus ride from downtown. The hosts have gone above and beyond providing every amenity you need and many you never knew you did. There were many small thoughtful touches added. A welcoming vase of fresh roses, a package of biscuits beside the coffee just made us feel warm and welcome after a long journey. It was easy to contact the hosts when we needed too. We were there mid I had only been to different parts of England in cooler months like November and May, but never mid July. Knowing most homes do not have air conditioning I was a little nervous of the temperatures. This home has many windows and beautiful garden doors which kept the home cool and comfortable at all times. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious, as is the entire flat. There is plenty of space for 6 guests as advertised. We just got home to Canada yesterday and miss it already. Thank you hosts for an amazing stay.

#### Our base for the London to Brighton BHF bike ride

Very clean comfortable accommodation with a secure rear decked area for storage of our bikes. The host Julie lives in the house above the apartment was very friendly and helpful through our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay just out of the hustle & bustle of Brighton, with only a 30 minute walk to the centre

#### Perfect Stay

The property was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated, with every essential on hand. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities were close at hand in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to City centre and seafront. We were met by Julie at the beginning of our stay, who was extremely welcoming and available for any questions or advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

#### Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren im Juli 22 für zwei Wochen bei Julie und Bruce zu Gast und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und hat mehr als genug Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Eine schöne kleine Terrasse mit Blumenkübeln, Gasgrill und Blick auf Garten und Bäume läd zum Frühstücken und Abendessen ein. Wir hatten super Wetter und dennoch blieben die beiden Schlafzimmer angenehm kühl. Man läuft zwei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von wo alle 10 Minuten ein Bus ins Zentrum von Brighton und zum Strand auch nach Hove fährt. Brighton ist eine coole Stadt und Hove hat den etwas ruhigeren Strand. Zum Bahnhof sind es 8 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort gehen regelmäßig Züge nach London ab (ca. 60 Minuten Fahrzeit). Wir waren drei mal in London und können es sehr empfehlen. Julie und Bruce sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die gerne Tipps geben und mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

#### Fantastic property in great location. Friendly host. Would definitely stay again

Great property in great location. The property was very clean and well looked after with a nice terrace to sit on. The host was really helpful. You can walk into Brighton through the park which took about 30 mins. Otherwise its a short bus or taxi ride. We stayed for 3 nights but wished I had booked longer.

Very comfortable apartment, easy reach to the sea front by bus which is excellent service , and easy reach to any part of Brighton would highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted by Julie, a friendlier more helpful host you couldn't wish to meet. Fresh flowers in the property ......a really lovely touch! A great flat, beautiful clean and comfy beds! Would highly recommended

#### We’ll be back

Great time had by all, lovely attentive hosts, amazing apartment. We were delighted with the quality of the apartment kitted out with everything you could want, the location was quiet residential but really busy close to all amenities and the little touches from Julie really made a difference. Communication was also great.

Great property, everything needed provided. Slightly further from Brighton centre than expected but excellent bus service made it not an issue.
