“We stayed during the holidays and had a nice time. The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there.”

“Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area....

“This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!”

“Beautifullly decorated condo. I would prefer a condo with a working Roku TV in the bedroom. I was unable to use the TV due to not working. Only one working elevator but there wasn't long wait times, so not a deal breaker for my stay. Condo smelled of mildew or some sort of oder. Last but not least, I got locked out of condo after taking trash to trash chute across the hall. The door looks behind you. Totally my fault, but disappointed that can actually happen. “Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach.”
