Voltarei com certeza!

Gostei muito da pousada! É simples, porém limpa, organizada, confortável. Fica uns 10 minutos a pé da praia de Geribá, e tem uma pracinha ótima pra criança na frente da pousada. Lugar super tranquilo.O atendimento é ótimo!

O hotel fica próximo as praias de búzios e também próximo a badalada rua das pedras que é muito legal a noite para visitar, porém não dá para fazer isso tudo a pé mais as principais praias e os comércios ficam a poucos KM de carro

Já conhecia a pousada. Bem localizada. Quarto simples mas confortável. Ventilador de teto e ar condicionado. Limpo. Atendimento Excelente. Almoço muito bom. Café da manhã muito bom. Meu único contra tempo foi com a reserva no site da hotéis.com que informou café da manhã grátis e quando fui fazer o check inn informaram que a reserva fora realizada sem café da manhã. Tive que pagar pelo café da manhã mas aguardo ser ressarcido para a experiência com o site hotéis.com ser válida.

Bom custo benefício pra quem só quer dormir, o café da manhã foi bom, ponto positivo, mas o quarto que nos colocaram inicialmente estava com cheiro ruim de estar fechado, depois nos trocaram de quarto ficou bem melhor, mas o chuveiro só tinha água fria. E a pousada não tem estacionamento, só cabem 4 carros.

Pousada limpa, quarto bom e é bem localizada

A pousada é bem localizada, próximo a praia de geribá e ferradurinha (15 minutos a pé); se tiver a pé andará 15 minutos até o ponto de onibus mais próximo. O quarto é bom, ar condicionado bom, tv só pega os canais abertos. O ponto ruim da pousada é que falta um pouco de cuidado, no quarto que fiquei (número 21) a descarga funcionava parcialmente, a pia do banheiro vazava e o box também vazava, nada que comprometesse a minha estadia, mas fora isso foi tudo perfeito, inclusive com atendentes muito atenciosos. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza, tem um restaurante, pizzaria, e uma lanchonete na pousada também, todos com preço acessíveis. tem uma praça na frente também muito bem cuidada para crianças e também com pista de skate. Limpeza diária dos quartos.

Péssima experiência

Falta de preparo. Ao chegar para realizar o check in fomos atendido por uma pessoa sem preparo e faltaram informações com clareza, mesmo não tendo ninguém, uma espera absurda. A princípio não encontrou nossa reserva que já havia sido confirmada pelo hotéis, sorte a nossa de ter um quarto sobrando. Não foi informado sobre a taxa que pagaríamos pelo café da manhã, e na manhã seguinte também não houve informação. E apenas no check out nos informaram sobre a taxa de café por pessoa. Taxa essa que se tivesse sido informada não optaríamos. As condições de limpeza e conforto: tais como manutenção, ar condicionado, higienização do quarto também pecaram. Péssima experiencia, não volto nunca mais.

O quarto quando cheguei,(13),deixou a desejar:vaso solto,ar longe do quarto dividido,o que fazia com que não gelasse o quarto que possuía a cama de casal.Este mesmo quarto não possui janela,tendo 2 ventiladores.1 ventava muito fraco,o outro normal.Depois de muito reclamar,no dia seguinte fui atendido,pela Sra.Cremilda,muito educada e solícita,que me mudou de quarto na hora.(20).Aí sim comecei a usufruir o hotel.Além dela tinha o Rodrigo,que fazia a manutenção do hotel,simpático,atencioso,prestativo,que resolveu quase tudo no primeiro dia no quarto problemático.O WI-FI,não pega muito bem .Oscila muito.Café da manhã ,muito bom.Resumo:Voltaria de novo.

Ótimo custo beneficio

É a segunda vez que fico na mesma pousada, considero ela um ótimo custo beneficio. A pousada fica a 7 min dá praia de Geribá e a 15 da praia da Ferradurinha(um paraíso por sinal). O único ônus, que posso relatar é o fato do Wi-Fi ser muito ruim, tendo apenas sinal na recepção, mas até isso foi bom pois me desliguei do mundo virtual e curti as maravilhas que Búzios oferece intensamente.

No primeiro dia tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto, que estava com um botão quebrado. Mas de imediato nos trocaram de quarto. A equipe era ótima, muito atenciosos e educados. Recomendo com certeza a Pousada Weekend, e voltarei mais vezes.
