The room was clean and has a fridge and microwave, Only thing was a cockroach in the bathroom but thankfully it was dead, The dogs are very cute and sweet however, sometimes heard them barking while we were sleeping which woke us up a few times during our stay. The food was ok. The staff is very nice and helped us get checked in safely, I would come here again. Its really close to two other beautiful towns.

This is a very nice resort. We came with our family. I would not say it was a family, friendly resort, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a quiet all-inclusive resorts, and this is that. Don’t get me wrong, they do have a smaller, waiting pool, animals to look at, and like a little play yard towards the back for kids to enjoy. But overall, this is not meant for children. I would say that the property is rather small, quaint, and quiet. It is definitely off a beaten path. Our package included food and drinks, which wasnice. But I wouldn’t say great. We did not love the food options. We did have a rental car, which was nice, because that allowed us to go up the road towards the little supermarket. We were able to get some snack snacks and even a fresh hot pizza. There was dogs running around, which my family loved! The staff was friendly. The resort was very clean. The room was perfect for our needs. There was a master bedroom, a room for the kids, one of my kids ended up sleeping on the couch in the living area. There is a TV on the wall, but there is no Internet or cable to make the TV work. They only gave us four towels for our entire stay, for a family of five. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, in the bathroom, but nothing for the actual sink to wash hands. I brought soap from home. A fridge and a cook top but no utensils or plates. We had a front porch and were near the pool, listening to the music that played all day.

The staff at Rocamar all went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. We were moved to a new villa after the AC broke, given rides to local areas and help in setting up a golf cart rental. Ayana and her daughter are amazing, we’re always available and forthcoming!! We cannot wait to return again!!

Horrible smell once we arrived, 2 hour delay check-in, no one is ever available for assistance, pool is dirty, food is terrible may make you sick, broken kitchen sink, towel smelled mildew, no Iron, no utensil in the kitchen, no WiFi, no body shower gel only shampoo n conditioner, one wash cloth per room, this is absolutely not a resort nothing about it says resort this place has the potential to be extremely beautiful however it is not I’m extremely disappointed ☹️ ten thumbs down 👎

Facilidades bien bonitas. Habitación limpia y amplia, buen aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, la piscina de adultos estaba sucia, el agua turbia. La comida bueno más o menos. El desayuno del sábado fue bien pobre, pero el del domingo fue excelente. Para las personas que quieran dormir y descansar este es el lugar perfecto, ya que no tienen actividades nocturna.

Personal excelente, facilidades muy buenas. Comida no es la mejor, piscina con mal olor y sucia, área del zoológico en condiciones infrahumanas y en cautiverio bajo sol, en algunas jaulas no tenían agua y los que tenían agua el envase tenía limo, no vi alimentos. A las 8 de la noche todo está muerto. Para alguien que quiera ir a dormir se lo recomiendo.

Fue una estadía excepcional. No vengan con mentalidad de que es un hotel porque son unas villas tienes paz y tranquilidad, comodidad para pasarla bien en pareja, corrillo y familia es full recomendable. Los apartamentos tipo estudio cuentan con nevera grande con frizzer, microondas y cafetera. La comida es criolla super buena. La variedad de bebidas excelente. Mojitos y margaritas riquísimas. El personal es muy amable. 100% para pasarla bien y despejar la mente.
