"We had such a lovely time here! One of the most relaxing holidays we've had. The hotel was perfect - infinity pool are was super relaxing and lush, buffet breakfast was delicious and our room was a good size with the amenities we needed for our stay. "More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica.
