“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. “Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink. 2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat……

“Very nice Villa located close to the party sites in Ibiza. Cute villa and beautiful outside area with nice pool. Mostly clean, a bit outdated interior (few repairs necessary) but very good value for the money. Host was very kind and uncomplicated and always reachable over WhatsApp. Host was just speaking Spanish and French which makes the communication bit difficult if you don't speak any of those languages. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.”

“The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because……
