“Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place”

“Nice quiet area of Ibiza lovely beach and couple of nice restaurants. Hotel was basic but comfortable, pool was nice food was ok not much choice but ok”

“I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not……

“The room was ok but definitely not the same as the upgraded ones in the photos so worth noting that not all have been modernised The pools were great The all inclusive food was probably not worth it to be honest as not the best quality. For most of the things at the pool bar you had to pay extra for them on top of the all inclusive. All inclusive drinks were great though!”

“Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Überall ist es sauber. Zimmer waren schön groß, jedoch etwas hellhörig, was aber ein allgemeines Problem in allem Hotels ist. Preis-Leistung war auf jeden Fall super. Einzig das Essen am Buffet hatte noch etwas Luft nach oben.”

“Clean beautiful upgraded hotel, breakfast was vast and delicious, all staff were friendly and helpful, pool was amazing, grounds were clean. Massage by the sea was the most relaxing experience. Room was exceptional, views were great and the hospitality was the best. This was my second stay and I will continue to return! Highly recommend”
