"Host Mario was very good with communication. Very lovely secluded location with panoramic views. Unfortunately the shower drain doesn't allow water to flow down, and so the whole bathroom floods when you have even a very short, low pressure shower. The water also floods into the hallway which has damaged the wall plaster and door. So the bathroom door doesn't close properly. This really spoiled our stay. Host said ant issue was if there were crumbs left around (not the case) or because of the time of year…just an excuse to not resolve issue!
