"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

My family of 4 stayed in the mansard rooms. It was a perfect two bedroom set up with a private bath and sitting room for us to share. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Ro-Ma. The manager called us prior to arrival to check what time we would arrive so she could be there to greet us. The desk is not staffed 24/7 but management can be reached anytime by phone, The hotel is very clean, rooms are nicely arranged with good use of space. Breakfast is AMAZING!!. The property was excellent suited for our needs because it was centrally located for our daily trips, without been downtown. The rooms were immaculate, no carpets, excellent bathroom with shower. Nice furniture and TV. But the really outstanding feature of this hotel are its employees: the reception, the restaurant, the room cleaning crew, all always looking to make our stay a very pleasant experience.
