Staff made the place. Warm and welcoming and nothing but helpful. Cleaning was okay but so mixed in regards to timings. One day 10am next 4pm. The cleaners were lovely but kept having to vacate the room so they could clean. Room was basically, but had a leak, when reported , was told its a condensation issue. But for a fact it was a leak.. Room.service was good and efficient but was costly. Portions were a good size and food was excellent. But compared to outside of the hotel. It was a lot more expensive.

First of all, it was horrible trying find where the apartment were located. There were 2 locations. It was not very clear which location and when I called the number listed for assistance, no one answered. Once I got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Once I got checked in and in my room, I could not get on the WiFi, the TV did not work. It was very frustrating after a long flight.
