The main advantage is the location. It’s close to everything. However, breakfast can be improved. In my opinion, they charge too much for the kind of breakfast we get. I stayed there several times and I noticed no one was checking on the food if it still look good, or check if the food containers (pots/pan etc) are empty. If I get to breakfast by 830am, most of the food looked stale or dried up, mostly unappetizing. As far as cleanliness, the rooms are clean enough, for the most part. I stayed in the prima room and I noticed a stain on the carpet. Also, they do not check or replenish the coffee /drinks everyday, unless you ask. And they do not check for garbage. Even though I don’t like my room to be cleaned everyday, I like the garbage to be emptied, and the coffee bar /drinks bar checked and replenished. These things can be improved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home! After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue! From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during our stay: The Room: Spotlessly clean, highly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free stay. The Location: Outstanding. Having premier shops and excellent dining options right nearby made exploring incredibly convenient. The Amenities & Staff: The property features fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool area, and the overall management and staff were helpful and attentive. This property truly saved our honeymoon and made our time in Manila incredibly special. We will absolutely be contacting the host directly for all of our future stays in Manila.
