"Beautiful report , excellent and helpful staff . The only problem we had were the number of bees that frequently gathered around our breakfast table, disturbed our peace and interrupted us making us having to leave the table. "

"This resort is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are treated like very special guests. All staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and had great views over the pool and beach. Having pool service for food and drinks was fabulous. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious and a huge variety. "

"We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it."
