"From the time that I booked the property, the manager was excellent at communicating. The area is nice and feels safe. The house was very clean. The outdoor area needed some cleaning up in the back and there were some minor issues in the kitchen, which I let the owner know about and she quickly replied. I’m confident in working with her that she was truly unaware. Boyne area is a lot of fun. My siblings and our kids loved being in the big house all together. The kids had their own space downstairs to hang out. Everyone of all ages had a blast!"

"This house was amazing from top to bottom. We had three families all staying together, and even the teenagers on the couches said they slept comfortably every night! We had enough towels and blankets for all of us, and the living/dining areas were spacious and accommodated everyone. Many kitchen amenities, including a griddle, crockpot, and blender. There was a cabinet full of spices and a drawer full of foil/plastic. We absolutely loved the location, even though it was a long drive from the Reserve entrance to the house. The kids brought scooters and zoomed around on the streets and golf cart paths (helmets recommended!). We walked up the hill to the chairlift and the Skybridge on multiple occasions, though this trek was a challenge for several in our group. We would absolutely come back to stay here in the future--thank you for a fantastic week!"

"Overall we were very pleased with the house and location of it. We were looking for peaceful place to stay and not to be disturbed by the neighbors. The house is located maybe 10 minutes outside of town so going to the grocery store or going to eat dinner was extremely easy. I spent most mornings sitting on the couch looking out the back door at the lake and private dock. I really enjoyed the bird feeder on the back deck and the abundance of animals that came to feed there. The ducks made their way up one morning and feasted on the bird food on the deck. The house is located about 1:10 minutes from Mackinaw and about 1:30 from Traverse City. "

"We spent 5 nights at this property. It was a really good vacation.The place and location is perfect if you have kids and/or dogs. The lake is steps from the condo backyard. the lake is shallow so your kids could spend all day in the water. The beach restaurant, golf course, tennis courts are in the walking distance.Boyne resort with more activities is 5 minutes away by car. Boyne city restaurants are 10 minutes drive.We had few small hiccups initially but the owner helped to resolve them quickly. The communication with the owner was lightning fast.We definitely plan to stay again. . "

"We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It’s very spacious with plenty of beds for a large group, yet cozy enough for our family. The screened in porch and hot tub were perfect for winding down at the end of a fun day. Great location near Deer Lake and the golf courses. Quick drive to Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix for all sorts of family fun. The nearby trail leading to the top of the mountain was also great, as it made for great morning walks to see the sunrise. We hope to visit again on our next trip to Boyne Mountain. Would highly recommend this wonderful home! "

"This home was perfect for a friends retreat! There were plenty of comfy beds and the two living rooms were great to divide into solitude vs social. The outdoor furniture was nice to relax in while it was sunny and the floor to ceiling windows in the great room were beautiful to watch the rain. The only complaint we had was the heat/air. The main level was a comfortable temp, but upstairs was uncomfortably hot and the basement was refrigerator cold. All in all though it was an excellent space. "
