When checking in, I was told that Expedia had canceled our reservation, but I had not received any communication to that effect. Property was a bit run down, but for an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night it was ok. The mattress was firm, but no blankets. Surprisingly, the pillows were good. The room air conditioner leaked and the carpet was wet. There was a kitchenette in the room with a stove, mini fridge and microwave. Curiously, there were no wastebaskets in the room, and there wasn't room for one in the bathroom. The pool was closed; I don't think it had even been opened. They had coffee and donuts for breakfast.

The room, especially the bathroom was outdated and the bath was a little slippery when we stepped in. The water was very hard to adjust and turned suddenly very hot when my granddaughter was showering,
The staff were friendly and hardworking and the breakfast selection was great- everyone loved the waffles- The coffee was extremely good too.
