Nice area and easy to find. Room could be cleaner- under fold out sofa was a lot of rubbish that I had to dispose of, spring broken on sofa, marks on wall, grout between floor and wall tile needs a scrub, furniture marked. Just needs a little tlc but a really nice place. Went out to eat because restaurant was busy and no wait staff.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Comfy bed and spacious room. Washer/dryer had issue with drying function so check it works before washing. I appreciate the hotel is pet friendly but guests allowing dogs to bark in the hallway in the early morning was frustrating. Overall though a pleasant stay and good value

Abode Balconnen is always so comfortable and easy to stay. Staff are friendly, The restaurant downstairs is great and convenient, and the on-site parking handy too. A lovely place to stay.
