Honesty the people who work there are kind and very helpful. The food is great buffet style and on occasionally al carte. They were very respectful and anything you need they are more than happy to help you. Both my boys enjoyed it there the air conditioning in the rooms is really great. The view is amazing and if you’re going to book tours that place has the best people they have great prices and are super honest couldn’t be happier with thier services. Highly recommended

It is not as advertised. We were disappointed and we felt like the workers were a little rude. We did have fun in the game room but like the mini golf we couldn’t play and the basketball we couldn’t play there was so clubs/balls. When we went to eat the food that was supposed to be cold was hot and the hot food was not hot. The food was pretty bad for the money we had to pay, We had to ask for more towels because they did not give us the right amount and they also did not put drinks in our fridge until the last day we were there. We went off of the resort 2 out of the three days we stayed and i feel like that’s the only way we could’ve enjoyed our trip.

The food is a hit or miss, rather a mid or miss, the liquor is watered down and they ran out mid afternoon, 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. They had us in a room connected to another room where we can hear every little thing that happened in the other room. I had to call the front desk once cause they had their tv full blast in the middle of the night. I have 2 small kids and a baby. That baby needed to sleep. We also had to put a towel under the door at night so the light wouldn’t come thru l. The ac leaked water on the floor the entire time and we had to put towels down to dry them so nobody slipped. I told the front desk the first day we walked in and they sent someone to mop. The ppl were super nice and helpful but the place is like a 5 out of 10. If they kept up with maintenance and the esthetics it would be beautiful. It is beautiful just needs to be maintained better. The pictures show how it looked probably 10 years ago. Paint the deck, replace the pool tiles, have some decent food, better liquor, fix things up including the kids water park cause that really needs to be upgraded. You walk on the stairs and it feels like you’re going to go right thru them. It pirbbaly has another 2 years until it rots completely.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The pictures online make this resort look luxurious, but the reality is completely different. It is advertised as a five-star, all-inclusive resort, but I would honestly rate it closer to a two-star experience. Many of the amenities we paid for were either unavailable or only open on a very limited schedule. The gym was closed for our entire stay, the water park was only open at certain times, there was only one pool open, and only one snack bar was available. That is not what I expect from an all-inclusive resort. The food was another huge disappointment. It lacked flavor, had no authentic Mexican taste, and was just barely tolerable. The drinks were equally disappointing. Most cocktails tasted watered down, and the tequila served at the bars was very low quality. The service was inconsistent. One of the female servers was especially rude whenever we asked for something simple, like extra coffee or a cup of ice. She acted as though helping guests was an inconvenience, which made us feel unwelcome. The only positives were that the room’s air conditioning worked well, the hot and cold water were reliable, and the birds around the property were enjoyable to see. Overall, this resort does not deliver the experience it advertises. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a true five-star, all-inclusive vacation. Instead, we found closed amenities, mediocre food, watered-down drinks, and poor customer service. I won’t stay again

Pongan mucha atención al contratar esta propiedad porque Expedia solo te cobra la habitación y el hotel te quieren cobrar casi 3,000 por dia y por persona, más un impuesto local Todas las instrucciones las mandan en inglés yo no me quedé en este lugar, que además no se encuentra en la parte bonita de Cancín y tampoco me devolvieron lo que ya había pagado tuve que pagar otro hotel por el mismo periodo que ya había pagado este. Es decir pagué doble Qué lástima porque es la primera vez que me pasa esto con Expedia por no ver las instrucciones en Inglés en un país que se habla español Ni el personal no pudo o no quiso hacer nada
