“Very clean property and house. The heating of the rooms is uneven; the upstairs bedrooms become very hot in the middle of the night even when you turn off the fireplaces. The lower bedroom was very cold. Almost all the time unless you left the fireplace burning. The stairs off of the deck going down to the yard could both use a safety railing to hold onto. “Amazing home, well-appointed with anything you could need. Quick drive to downtown Ellicottville and ski slopes. We enjoyed the board games, ping pong, bonfire outside, and everyone had their own space for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we could ever need to cook and entertain 10 people. Nancy was super responsive and made sure our stay was perfect!”

“The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. The nearby town Ellicottville was slow paced and had some very enjoyable restaurants (winery, brewery, and Dina's), Niagara falls was close by. Overall the property was fantastic and……
