The Yin-Yang: sleep six comfortably!

The “Moondance” & “Yin-Yang” cabins share the same size & floor plan. Both sleep six comfortably. “Yin-Yang” has no stairs to the 1st floor, The “Moondance” has 3 steps to the 1st floor. The 1st floor of both cabins has a full kitchen, Dining room table that seats 6, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, full shower bath with washer & dryer. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa & TV with DVD player. Your front & side doors walk out to your covered porch, with your gas grill & Hot Tub.

A Magical Place!

Relaxing Vacation
We scheduled our vacation at yinyang cabin as our annual vacation instead of the beach. We were in desperate need of a getaway but due circumstances didn't want a long drive. This cabin did not disappoint. We didn't even turn on the TV. Quiet mornings on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, and watching the barge traffic go by. Society could have ended and we would not have even known. It was perfect!

Just what we needed
My husband and I really needed a break from work stress. We have looked at the Yin Yang property for several months on VRBO. we finally made the reservation and we’re there this past weekend. All of our stress melted away. The view of the Ohio river was spectacular. We sat on the deck for several hours daily watching the boats and also the birds. The house was comfortable. There is a bird feeder outside the kitchen window. We saw so many different species. Although there was a TV, we never turned it on. We just enjoyed the quiet and the nature.

Yin-Yang was one of 4 VRBOs our large group rented for a long weekend that included the Kentucky Derby. It was perfect! The houses are all close enough that the group could easily go between homes but have own space as well. This would be the perfect destination for a family reunion, friend getaway or to experience the Kentucky Derby like our crew did!

Nice Cabin With A Million Dollar View
This is a nice cabin, good kitchen, two-bathrooms, two-bed. My wife, mother, two-dogs and I really enjoyed our stay. Great views of a bald eagle, many barges, and lots of water. The only thing that would have been better would have been if the people staying two cabins away had stayed relatively sober and had a larger vocabulary, so, they didn't need to drop the F-Bomb in every sentence. We were helped by having a sane gathering in the cabin right next to us; but, I can only imagine the noise they had to put up with. Again, great place; just brought down by one cabin of idiots. Regardless, I will go back.

Already Looking Forward to Returning!
This adorable and well-kept cabin exceeded our expectations at every turn from the cleanliness, the friendliness of the owners, and the amazingly beautiful peace and quiet on the Ohio River. We honestly had a fantastic three nights here and hated to leave. Next time we will bring more food so we do NOT have to leave!

Wonderful Weekend Stay
Rented this fabulous cabin for my husband’s birthday weekend. Spent two nights and we really wished we had stayed an extra night. Really cute cabin with incredible views of the Ohio river. We brought food and all of the dinnerware and cookware we needed were provided by the wonderful hosts. Cabin was clean and tidy. We loved sitting on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. We will absolutely rent again and would highly recommend to anyone considering the Yin Yang.

We were able to witness the first moment the sun rose every morning looking out the huge windows overlooking the Ohio River. Then we relaxed in the hot tub while we drank our coffee and watched the barges slowly go by. On the other side we watched all kinds of gorgeous birds eat from the bird feeder. Bud is so very friendly and helpful. I can’t enough!

Girls weekend
Girl's weekend away and we really enjoyed our time at this remote cabin. Cabin was as expected. Plenty of room for 4 people. We loved watching the barges go up and down the river and just loved sitting outside. It was beautiful weather. We enjoyed the hot tub, the firepit and the grill! The sunrises and full moon sunsets were absolutely gorgeous!!

Anniversary Getaway
My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to get away from being cooped up in the house during COVID, and the short stay at the cabin was just what we needed. Bud was very friendly and helpful prior to and during our stay and we felt very comfortable that everything was in order. They did a good job making our stay feel special and I would love to spend another long weekend down there again.

The Most Relaxing Weekend
The owner, Bud, is an awesome communicator. No question unanswered. Loved the box fan in the bedroom. We watched the barges go up and down the river from the hot tub! We baked cookies and an apple pie. We grilled ribeyes and sausages. The cabin was prepared for us! We will stay again.
