UN GIARDINO SU PARETI
We are a few hundred meters from Pareti beach, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island. A cove that represents a small natural paradise, between the beach of Morcone and that of Innamorata, characterized by a turquoise sea and a beach of 200 meters made up of golden sand mixed with fine gravel and a gently sloping seabed. The beach offers all the services, which is why it is ideal both for families with small children or for those looking for a peaceful holiday, given the difficulty in finding parking (remember that on both sides there are two other wonderful coves reachable only by canoe or swimming).

The main block is accessed from the living room, characterized by large windows that give ample brightness to the environment overlooking the Gulf of Pareti. The living room leads to the double bedroom, where adjacent you will find a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Externally, second double bedroom in the annex and private bathroom. The property is completely independent, the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors. The entire unit develops on the ground floor. Private garden in front of the house, located about 250 meters as the crow flies from the sea and 400 on foot.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
