“We stayed here for two nights to visit our daughter and grandson. It’s a great home. It’s very clean and the location can’t be beat-easy walk or a very short drive to several nice restaurants. “It’s hard to put into words what we experienced in the 1827 cabins. Bud and Kitty were spectacular hosts and I can’t say enough for the cabins and all the love that they have poured into renovating them while not removing their ample charm and history. “It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”
