"Our group had an unforgettable stay at this amazing 14-bed house on the lake in CDA! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip seamless and relaxing.We really appreciated the welcome gift — a well-stocked bundle of essentials that covered everything we forgot to bring. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly set the tone for the rest of our stay.The location was ideal — just a quick and easy 15-minute Uber ride to downtown CDA, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot with kind and respectful neighbors. We enjoyed coffee by the lake in the mornings and cozy evenings on the deck with incredible views.There was something for everyone in the house: plenty of comfortable beds, great common areas for gathering, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts have really put heart into making this place special.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any large group looking for the perfect Coeur d’Alene retreat!"

"The room was modern, clean and we felt safe in the area. The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom was sizeable and it was nice having a mini "kitchenette" portion with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery if needed. It was super convenient to have the door right next to the parking spaces, so we were easily able to walk in/ out of the room and to our car without many steps.The entry is a keypad format, which was convenient for us to not have to carry keys/ a card key.The property manager also checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed."

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning for many years to come!"
