Tangke Lagoon, a hidden gem in the islands of Isla de Gigantes. One boat ride away from the mainland.
From mainland Estancia, Iloilo, Philippines, these small, beautiful group of islands are about a 2-hour boat ride. You can stay in local resorts with established cottages or tents. Even without the usual comforts everything is all worth it. Fish and local oysters called "wasay-wasay" a8re very delectable. Local people have electric generators and solar lamps to light the night. But who needs them when all you want is the beauty of nature, right? #waterlust #blue

I highly recommend this property for family stays. The scenery is full of green and quiet as compared to locations near station two. You can easily access lively areas via tricycle. Our place had two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. There is a laid back beach within walking distance.

Everything was so nice. Clean room , very friendly and helpful. It would make made a huge difference if we could have had loungers or seats on the beach. Being older it’s not easy to sit on the sand. Other than that I would definitely return. The location and beach was awesome.

Went to the fish markets at Carles Port and Estancia Port. Godo deals to be had for dried fish at Estancia port and other seafood if you go early. Very helpful locals at Carles port were able to help find a boat tour on a Sunday afternoon.
