Messy, stinky, cobwebs on the walls, looks like nobody cleaned or dusted in there ever. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products just to feel somewhat okay with staying there. The door wouldn’t shut unless you used all your body weight to slam it shut. The door also wouldn’t lock cause the lock was broke and you’d have to smash your hand into the side of the lock just for the door to shut/lock. The door also was held together by tape. The shower was yellow and black from stains and mold. We reserved a room specifically for pets and they didn’t have one ready for us. My room key would just randomly stop working and i’d have to take it back to the front desk multiple times just to get it to work again. They only offer waffles, bread and coffee. No juice, fruit or yogurt. Cleaning service was the worst. Stayed for a week and was told cleaning service wasn’t everyday unless you requested it. I did only service one day the week. Had to buy wash cloths and towels for the week. They didn’t refresh them on a daily basis.
