"Arrived tp to be greeted by an old man , wasn't sure I was even in right place . Said I had a booking he gave me a key , straight in . Said breakfast was whenever I wanted. Breakfast was grim some dry few days old bread buns , and cured meat . Asked what I wanted to drink , I said orange or tea . He produced a 2 year out of date bottle of fizzy pop , which I declined .overall great , just don't eat there "

"I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! "

"Very well located basecamp in the heart of the Cinque Terre region. From there you can hike to all the other villages in 1 day. Basic but good acomodation. Very friendly atmosphere. "

"The property is located in a village that is quite magical. Had I known just how amazing the villages were, I would have stayed a week. Dont underestimate the amount of walking and stairs you will be doing to get to your room though. Pack light and wear tennis shoes. I had blisters just getting to my room the first trip, though they were worth it. This room in particular is outstanding. We will be back!"
