Buttermilk Falls

The place was a dream come true. Beautifully and meticulously maintained. Owners are an amazing couple, super thoughtful and helpful. Already planning a second trip!

The room was huge, clean and comfy, perfect for our one night work related stay. All the staff, especially Deann at the front desk, and the waistaff and planner at the wedding we were at, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with their kindness and professionalism.

Overall I was happy with the stay. The only two issues were with the TV having flaky connections which was annoying. Second issue was I went to check out this morning. No one was at the desk. Hit the button to alert someone to come and check me out. Hit the button a second time 5 minutes later and waited another five minutes. Still no response. I gave up and left the keys in the deposit box. I would have preferred getting a final accounting.
