Our first room was less than adequate, with air conditioning not working. Called desk. Got moved to third floor room which was spotless, with air conditioning working well. However the outlets and lamps were all dead, except in the bathroom. Desk person was helpful.

They put a $xxx they wont let me tell you the amount, hold on my card, then at check out charged another xxx, so that xxx came out of my bank account and put me in negative balance. ihad to have my mom venmo me money for gas home. I will pay $xx a day, they wont let me tell you the amount, for this over draft....said they could do nothing about it. dont use sheraton or marriott, they steal your money.

Staff were very nice, but I probably won’t stay here again. While the room was clean, the bathroom had a very strong musty and bleachy odor that never really went away. I also requested a rollaway bed three times and was always told it was there or would arrive. It never did arrive, and I finally gave up. There was no soap in the shower and not enough toilet paper, but I was able to get those at the front desk. The airport shuttle was prompt. Parking was good, and there was a nearby Meijer you could walk to if you needed anything. Staff didn’t keep the ice water in the lobby filled. Our upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. Overall, because of the friendliness of the staff, I would rate this hotel slightly above average, but with the abundance of hotels in the area, I wouldn’t stay at this one again.

Beautiful hotel with 2 amazing restaurants inside. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!
