“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however……

“We had a very pleasant stay. It was cozy and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped and the essentials were supplied. It had a beautiful lake front view and very nice yard. We had kayaks and a canoe available to use and there was a family of swans that were beautiful to watch. I would like to note that there are lily pads/weeds that go about thirty feet out from shore, so it’s not very swimmable from shore. This didn’t affect us because we were swimming elsewhere or……

“Second time staying with these properties and both occasions went great for hosting a large group of people.”

“I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property owner was amazing and so was the house. So comfortable for our large group. We felt secluded and did not have to worry about bothering neighbors. We had a rehearsal dinner there and hosted a large overnight group there after the wedding. It was so fun. ”

“Communication with property manager was amazing. The outdoor grill was broken and Wally responded quickly and replaced the grill that day.The river was fun for tubing and if you love to fly fish we left a big brown trout there for you.We were disappointed that the outdoor balcony was under construction and we could enjoy our drinks overlooking the river. But, we enjoyed the patio and plenty of chairs to relax outside. ”

“Had a group of 8 stay on the west side of the state for a couple rounds of golf. The 4 bedrooms were excellent for the 4 couples. Nicely located near the City of Grand Rapids. Overall, a nice stay.”
