Stayed here back in May of this year and had a lovely experience. There were some quirks, like sliding doors with 0 privacy separating the bathroom from the room, but it was fine overall. This past weekend, however, was very different. It was an unpleasant stay from the moment we walked in because the desk worker had such a bad attitude. She actually chuckled in my face when a card declined because she ran the card that was used to reserve the room instead of the card we handed her and told her to charge the room to, and made check-in super uncomfortable. We got to the room and realized that we had literally no towels, so we called down to the desk to ask for some to be brought up. The same girl from check-in answered and interrupted me to say that she wasn't bringing them because there was only one person at the desk, so we'd have to go get them if we wanted them. My boyfriend went down there and found two workers standing at the desk laughing. On top of this horrible first hour of the stay, the room was dirty, there was trash from the last guest still in the cans, the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, and there was a religious conspiracy convention that was using microphones and speakers well into the early hours of the morning. To top it all off, it was almost $40 more per night than it was 5 months ago for such a worse experience. Absolutely would not recommend, and won't be back!
