“An odd place in the best way. Nestled in the countryside you’d be forgiven to expect someone’s house, but instead there is a proper concierge desk and a wonderful restaurant building. Don’t overlook the restaurant! I had the best octopus I’ve ever eaten and a truly decadent tiramisu. The room itself was large, and decorated in a rustic but modern style, with tile flooring and natural surfaces throughout.”

“Exactly as described. Clean and conveniently located in town center. The host was always available for questions and even helped arrange a driver.”

“Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not……

“Ottimo appartamento situato nel centro di Velletri, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. Ottima pulizia e curato nei minimi dettagli con anche macchinetta del caffè,capsule e varii stuzzichini. Bellissima sorpresa arrivare e trovare l'appartamento già fresco e con un ottima……

“Tipico casale di montagna immerso nel verde del parco dei castelli romani dotato di un grande giardino a prova di gatto in quanto recintato ad arte. Inoltre è presente un gattile esterno completamente recintato a parte comunicante con l'interno della villa adatto per gatti casalinghi. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort. Il silenzio che regna dona sonni rigeneranti e massimo relax. A due passi da Roma, posto adatto soprattutto per gli amanti della natura! Consiglio a tutti!”
