The parking was extremely tight and so they offered to get us the car and bring it down for us. Great service from all the reception employees! Thank you. The light show was beautiful. "The hotel is within 4 minutes walk from 2 metro stations (Picoas & Parque), has easy access to buses. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Best of all, the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I have to mention Denise at reception who patiently printed out boarding passes for our group of 6 even though I made a few mistakes sending the wrong files to her. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay. It is not the most glamorous of hotels, but the staff allowed it to stand out. "
