"Although La Circumetnea is a half-hour walk from the city centre, this is made up for by the spacious rooms, excellent facilities, great breakfasts, lovely views down to the port and above all the friendliness and helpfulness of Mary, Guillamo and the other staff. They were outstanding!"
"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....
"Globetrotter has an excellent location surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the main sights, it is right in the centre of town. We were supposed to stay two nights but extended our stay with four as the staff were friendly and helpful and we just loved the location. We got value for money. I'd stay here again."

"Nice little apartment. The bathroom was mouldy, the toilet leaked and the walls were paper thin. But, it was a stones throw to the beach and it was a nice little quiet area. Although, requiring a car to get to the city centre or any supermarkets."
