“Laguna de Apoyo is truly a paradise location. Birds and sometimes monkeys and iguanas coming close.The next door hotel is not functioning, so the place is quite calm.Swimming in the Laguna is a incredible treat!Unfortunately 'La Giralda' really needs investment and renovation.The air conditioning is so noisy that it is impossible to use. “The house is very clean and has a lot of space. The bathrooms are large, and the mattresses are very comfortable. I really loved the house overall.
However, there were a few issues. The listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but it did not specify that there is an extra $10 per day fee to use them. Also, on the day of check-out, there was no water in the house because the tank was empty. The host did offer some alternatives, but it was still very inconvenient.
Overall, it’s a great place, but……
