The receptionist desk was not helpful at all in the evening. I went in looking for a room and was told the computers were down. I looked on Expedia and found two rooms available for my father and I. Booked it and showed the reception desk my booking. This all happened in less than 5 mins. All of a sudden, the hotel’s computer magically started working again. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Did not help and was not friendly. Especially the young lady with dark straight hair in the middle desk. I would not recommend this hotel only because of the staff. And the rooms were a little dirty with lots of stains on the carpets.
