Catlin Vacations from $545

We stayed 3 nights. I wish we had brought our own pillows. Theirs are flat, no support. Cleanliness was so so. Some things were clean others not. The shelf in the closet had black dust on it. Bathroom was clean enough. The walls could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste on one wall. The bed was comfortable. Tv did not have any local channels. It had a lot of cable channels but we wanted to watch a show on CBS and could not find it. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday were better than Friday. Had lots to choose from. Eggs were powdered eggs and not good. It was noisy with doors banging. You can hear people talking in the hall. One night there was a dog barking constantly. I called the desk and a while later the dog was quiet. We slept with ear plugs and the fan on high to drown out noise. For the price it was ok and may stay there again. We will take our own pillows next time.

This check in was a disaster. Never got into our room. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help with check in and was left out in the cold late at night with my family. Had to book another hotel and eat $500 (yes…$500 for one night) because it was so confusing and no live person to help me. Only staffed from 3pm-7pm on Saturday. Terrible. For this price, someone should be available for assistance. Never received a response from the property after the request for help and it has been 2 days. However, they collected the money immediately. Stay away.
