Took a walk to the. beach area and took a swim in the warm protected bay waters. All sand without worrying about stepping on hazards. On the other side is a beautiful new dock with great sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the fresh flowers on the kitchen table was a nice touch. We have rented houses for the last few years on the island as this is definitely……

The views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking; it’s truly hard to capture the beauty of this location and the unit in photos. “A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. ”

House located 100ft from the beach, Marcie was super responsive and everything in the renovated interior was beach themed: shells in glass jars, pictures, interior colors, even books. My wife was making pictures to give her ideas for our own house. Little details like these made our stay memorable! ”

“What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk……
