“Over all, no complaints and everything in good order. One bathroom sink was plugged up, but a repair person came in a timely fashion and cleaned it out. Cornelia, the manager, was very helpful. The house was an excellent place to stay, however it now bears the marks of showing some aging. Would have appreciated an easier access to get to the beach from the house. The front porch is a definite winner with a glorious view. Overall, very accommodating for the 7 of us!”

“The SeaClusion location to Georgetown, Exuma Grocery market, liquor stores, Straw Market and small boutiques is great. We met the host during our stay and he was very friendly. The house layout is great for lots of guests and we had 10 adults and 1 toddler. The view is very pretty and pool size great. Overall it worked for us. Cons: it does need a good deep cleaning, and furniture cleaned. A combo Keurig pod/coffee pot machine would be nice, add a hand mixer and a vacuum cleaner that worked……

“Great location, beautiful beach, lovely sea view from the deck, lots and lots of gear to use on the beach and the kitchen is chock a block with tools, etc. Easy to walk to Marina Village for shops and restaurants; easy to walk to a grocery store and liquor store. Reindly, supportive host who lives in the condo complex. ”

“Unbelievable stay at Blue Pearl! The house was perfect for our family of 5! The view of the ocean and sandbar was stunning everyday. We used the kayaks daily, saw multiple turtles and sting rays while kayaking and while sitting on the beach in the backyard. Do yourself a favor and book this place, it was AMAZING! It’s a hidden gem of Exuma.The property manager Lott was a lifesaver helping us air up our tires on our rental van and even helped us put on a spare tire two hours before our flight to……
