Private main suite with full bath (shower and jet tub) and sliders to the deck. The lower level is a full walkout and two bedrooms, each with sliders lakeside as well. Additional bedroom with queen bed as well as bonus bedroom with queen bed. All 4 bedrooms on ground floor connect to large family room with wet bar and gas fireplace. Boat house/Cabana structure at the water's edge ideal to hang out in as well as store the water toys! Located on Broad Bay just minutes around the sandbar to the main lake!
