"Very nice and quiet hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful. We had breakfast there every morning and it was great. I recommend this property. It’s a small hotel and it’s only 3 years old so it’s in great condition."
"Loved my stay at Alfonsa. The room was so quiet, which is definitely a plus in Mexico City. The bed was also super comfy - also a plus - especially after touring around all day. "
"Casa Altata was a tranquil and lovely getaway! Staff was so friendly, rooms were fantastic, location was perfect. Would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone visiting CDMX! "

"Our stay was nice! The place was clean, and the staff was very kind and gave us great recommendations. The only downsides were that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the lobby, and the lights made it hard for the room to get completely dark. Other than that, I would recommend it. It’s family-friendly, and we really enjoyed the gym and playroom.

"The staff was amazing and the rooms were quite nice. We also stayed at the andaz, and thought the service was much better at the Mondrian. Exceptional."
"Excellent location to walk and move to Downtown and Reforma. The neighborhoood is also lovely. The facilités are great! We were in the third floor and the view to the city was great. Breakfast options and room service are great!
Definately will return next time I visit the city!"
"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff were so helpful and attentive, especially Fermin he was great, friendly and very attentive with my entire family. Also, Ivan who works in the restaurant. Everyone was so helpful. We will definitely be returning! "
