We really enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian. The staff & concierge were very friendly & helpful. There were a couple of hiccups, the room cleaning staff left one of our rooms half cleaned one day and the Skylounge breakfast had inadequate buffet and we decided to go to the Andaz for breakfast.

I loved the Mondrian, the area was safe and very commercial. The staff were so exceptionally kind and helpful. It was a great experience! The only wrinkle is that I wish they had more diverse options for breakfast.

Really great location, easily walkable to neighborhoods like Roma Rorte, La Condesa, and not far to Polanco either. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearly. The staff were very nice and and professional, the room was in great condition. The overall lighting was on the dimmed side so it was difficult to do things like makeup. The bathroom glass-door design also wasn't the most ideal for privacy. Overall great experience.

I was blown away by the service provided by every member of the staff here! The walls are a little thin, and I’m sure it could get noisy but I was so tired by the end of the day, the noise didn’t bother me.

Mondrian is a modern and stylish Hotel, with good amenities. The room was clean and the staff was very welcoming and professional. Also, the location is great with many good options nearby for food, coffee, or drinks, and a short Uber ride to many good museums and points of interest.
